Lt. Cmdr. William Holiman, a chaplain aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), leads the opening prayer for Sunday worship service. The command religious ministry department provides weekly worship services for Sailors and Marines as well as bible study, choir rehearsals and operates the ships library. The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
