Sgt. Mark Saeger receives the Marine Aircraft Group 31 non-commissioned officer of the quarter award from Michael Fleischbein in a ceremony held aboard Marine Corps Air station Beaufort Sept. 1. The non-commissioned officer awards recognize outstanding Marines and help the unit. Issuing these awards shows that the Marines are doing a great job and provides a reward for exceptional service.
