Members of the SC MBTF met to engage on initiatives to enhance the value of military installations and facilities as well as the quality of life for military personnel in South Carolina at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, May 17, 2022. This is the first SC MBTF meeting hosted by MCAS Beaufort, allowing the council to tour Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 501 to better understand how they function as the East Coast's only Marine Corps Fleet Replacement Squadron for the F-35B Lightning II platform.
